Last week, Office of Design celebrated the groundbreaking of a new AC Hotels going up in Auburn, AL. It will be a six-story hotel complete with a top-floor restaurant, a lounge, and other amenities.
“With the DDRC’s approval of the building design, the developer, RAM Hotels, will continue with the development review team process. After the DRT has finished its review, the project will move forward, according to Mark Robbins of RAM Hotels, who added that the construction process could begin in two to three months or just after the first of the year, at the latest, and would take 18 to 24 months to complete. ”
