Curbed Atlanta: Cabbagetown’s Memorial Drive condos are half-sold before construction starts

CABAGE TOWN RENDER.jpg

Office of Design is excited to hear that the 764 Memorial condos are selling fast and prior to the start of construction. The location, modest cost, and conscientious design are all driving factors to the condominium's popularity. Take a look at what folks are saying about this project!

A unique Memorial Drive condo offering at the edge of Cabbagetown could soon move toward construction, as half of the units have been claimed.

The project, 764 Memorial, is proposed for a long-scraggly site across the street from under-construction Atlanta Dairies. Now, the project’s website reports that 50 percent of the building has been sold.

10 OCT 2017 - THE MILO - RENDERING - 18 X 36 - 300 DPI.jpg

Office of Design is excited to see progress on one of it's latest town home projects! The team can't wait to see this slice of modernism go up in one of Atlanta's most architecturally interesting neighborhoods. Check out The Milo project's feature in Curbed Atlanta for more information.

Plans call for two housing types at The Milo on Ponce, with two “urban villas” and six “sawtooth” townhomes. Both options feature three bedrooms and two-car garages. They will stand four stories tall, with rooftop patios and either three and a half, or two and a half, bathrooms.

Curbed Atlanta: Cabbagetown Gateway

Cabbagetown Gateway, now branded as 764 Memorial, will provide clean, simple design in place of an existing eyesore and unusable site. See what Michael Kahn with Curbed Atlanta, and local ATLiens have to say about Cabbagetown's newest multi-family project.

Each unit will feature a balcony facing Memorial Drive, with fifth-floor units also having private rooftop terraces with views of the downtown and Midtown skylines.
