Atlanta Magazine: From the Earth Brew Company

The Atlanta brew-scene is getting a new addition this fall with From the Earth Brewing Company, a farm-to-table brewery and restaurant concept opening in Roswell. We were lucky to help the owner, Tim Stevens, bring his vision to life! Atlanta Magazine gave the inside scoop:

Near one end of the Big Creek Greenway trail in Alpharetta is Jekyll Brewing Co., one of the few breweries in Atlanta’s northern suburbs. In August, another local brewery, this one a chef-driven spot called From the Earth, will open on the opposite side of the Greenway in Roswell, allowing guests to jog, walk, or bike between the two.

WYFF News 4: The Samuel Elbert Hotel & Conference Center

The city of Elberton, Georgia is excited for the opening of The Samuel Elbert Hotel & Conference Center. Office of Design and Sims Patrick Studio teamed up with the city to revitalize a formerly abandoned city building. Take a look at an article and video feature by Elberton local news station, WYFF News 4.

‘We are bringing a New York feel to a rural community,’ said Catrina Goudelock, the hotel’s general manager.

Goudelock said the 27-room boutique hotel has Elberton granite and artifacts to give it a more personal hometown feel.

The Atlanta Voice: The Russell Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship

See the newest buzz surrounding the next big office incubator and co-working space. Office of Design has enjoyed working on this exciting new project slated to open later this year. Find out more by reading this article by The Atlanta Voice. 

The first business incubator is coming to the southside of Atlanta.

The federal office of Economic Development Administration (EDA) joined with the Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RCIE) (Jan. 12) to announce a new partnership with the Center which will eventually provide space and facility for “more than 100 emerging entrepreneurial companies” in the metro Atlanta area.

Atlanta Eater: Gusto!

Looking for some healthy, fast, and delicious grub? Look no further than Gusto!, now open on Ponce de Leon Avenue. Learn more about our work with this new restaurant concept by reading Atlanta Eater's article. 

The Gusto team calls the Ponce location’s design ‘sunny and smart,’ and it appears to check most of the boxes for today’s trends. Look for exposed brick and ductwork, concrete floors, and yellow accents that pop against the white walls and ceiling. Large windows let in plenty of natural light.

Curbed Atlanta: Reynolds Square

Our design for Reynoldstown townhomes breaks ground! Curbed Atlanta featured our project as one to watch. 

Site work is plowing ahead on a batch of 23 townhomes that will continue the trend of Moreland Avenue development heading southward from Little Five Points.
