Our latest restaurant project, From the Earth Brewing Co., is now open in Roswell! Details about the awesome food and beverage menu, and an interview with the owner, Tim Stevens, and have been featured in Atlanta Restaurant Scene in the AJC.

And while From the Earth certainly is a brewpub, it aims to elevate both the atmosphere and the menu well beyond beer and burgers...

...Stevens hired architecture firm Office of Design of Decatur to assist with the build-out, which transformed the large shopping center storefront to accommodate both a restaurant and a brewery.

From the Earth Brewing - Coming to Roswell

We were honored to design the latest and greatest brewery and restaurant to come onto the scene in the metro-Atlanta area. The AJC ran the following feature to promote the opening, slated for late October or early November:

Billed as “the first farm to table brewpub in Roswell,” it will feature a mix of “locally sourced cuisine, world-class beer and craft cocktails.”

Atlanta chef Kevin Rathbun, who is partnering with chef Peter Kaiser at the new Kaiser’s Chop House in Sandy Springs, is among the investors in the concept.

Atlanta Magazine: From the Earth Brew Company

The Atlanta brew-scene is getting a new addition this fall with From the Earth Brewing Company, a farm-to-table brewery and restaurant concept opening in Roswell. We were lucky to help the owner, Tim Stevens, bring his vision to life! Atlanta Magazine gave the inside scoop:

Near one end of the Big Creek Greenway trail in Alpharetta is Jekyll Brewing Co., one of the few breweries in Atlanta’s northern suburbs. In August, another local brewery, this one a chef-driven spot called From the Earth, will open on the opposite side of the Greenway in Roswell, allowing guests to jog, walk, or bike between the two.
